DESCRIPTION:

Ultramax Bin cleaning machine enables customers to handle the whole crates washing process efficiently and with a high continuous output as much as 400 crates per hour. Loose burrs, grease, oils and other contaminants are left on components following machining, forging, heat treatment and other processes are transported & stored in Plastic bins, this should be efficiently cleaned to avoid contamination carried to the component. Our crate washer machine is perfect solution for this type of crate washer application.

This powerful yet simple bin cleaning machine in India constructed entirely of stainless steel will wash, rinse and dry with supervision by one person. Simply place dirty crates or bins on the conveyor of plastic bin washing machine, the bins are moving on the Stainless steel Link conveyor  and moves to Wash chamber, Rinse chamber & drying chamber then moves to unloading station.  In our crate tunnel washer high pressure spray with Vee-Jet nozzles is used  to scour the surfaces of the bins outer & inner partition, stripping away imbedded soils. These spray nozzles are properly positioned jets from top bottom, left and right thoroughly cleans the crates all surfaces of the bins as it passes through the washing station. All wash and/or rinse stages of our washers have been designed as recirculating solution with high efficient gravity & on line micron washable filtration system.
